Guidelines to Parents/ Guardians

1. Parents are not allowed to enter the class rooms to see their children or teachers during regular teaching periods.
2. Parents are advised not to send their child to school if he or she is sick.
3. To get the best from the school for your child, you are advised to maintain a close contact with the school.
4. Remarks put down in the student’s diary must be seen and countersigned.
5. Parents are expected to attend all Parents Teachers Meetings.
6. For any legitimate complaint, please meet the Principal/Director at the earliest or write to us.
7. Parents must sign the Progress Report of the child and send it to school within three days from the date of distribution.
8. Leave for half day should not be asked due to security reasons. In emergency written permission must be taken from the Principal and parents should come to school to fetch their ward.
9. Students who are not in proper uniform will not be allowed to enter their class rooms.
10. A pupil must be punctual and regular in attending the school.
11. Any student coming to school unbathed and in dirty clothes will be sent back.
12. Your ward should not bring any objectionable material such as mobile phones, pen drives and weapons to school
13. Parents are requested to check their ward’s school bag daily before coming to school.
14. The vans will not wait for the late comers. All vans are expected to be in time at their stops.
15. Students will be fined for any damage caused to the school property due to their negligence.
16. Students should stay peaceful and away from the main road till the van arrives.
17. No student is allowed to eat in the bus
18. Parents are requested to inform the school if there is any change in their address and telephone numbers.
19. Students will not be allowed to meet visitors during their classes.
